They left the floor dirty, a bottle of horchata water was found in the fridge almost finished, and despite lowering the blinds and the curtain the light still comes in.
It has a small kitchen snd fridge and laundry station
Thetowels were not change, room was not swept or mop. Could open window shades, no window can be open, night personnel not polite. The bed was not confortable
I reported that the water flowed very slowly from the sink and it was leaking to the furniture below, they said they would send it to be fixed and until the day I left the room the water continued to pool...very uncomfortable
